Objective

Our Ambitions training is aimed at creating and maintaining awareness of the cultural difference between woman and environment, allowing them to better foresee, avoid and manage the hurdles of the work environment.

Programme

Brucelle's basic Ambitions programme is formatted in 4 half-day very interactive sessions demanding a high degree of participation from the trainees:

Key Issue Workshop - Self-Promotion:

  • Why is it important to promote yourself
  • and how can you do that?

Key Issue Workshop - Networking:

  • What can you gain from efficient networking?
  • What is networking in your day-to-day?
  • and here too, tools, tips and tricks to make the best use of your network.

Key Issue Workshop - Negotiation:

  • What is negotiation in daily life and what are women's strengths herein?
  • What are the key elements of negociation?
  • and why is negociation important?

 

These training sessions are designed to develop women's awareness of the present business culture and provide them with tools to play the game without discarding their feminine identity.
