an Organizational Diagnosis?

Your organization is like a living organism. It is constantly evolving. It is more than the sum of what you put into it.

  • Is your organization ready for the changes you are planning?
  • Do your plans for change fit the potential and the limitations of the organization you are leading?
  • Why are you not getting the results you expect?
  • Has it become what you wanted it to be?

The systemic diagnosis can be used by management to identify and analyse organizational issues. It is a management support tool for anticipating potential and latent complications or to further specify ongoing problems.
