What is an Organizational Diagnosis?

Your organization is like a living organism. It is constantly evolving. It is more than the sum of what you put into it. Is your organization ready for the changes you are planning? Do your plans for change fit the potential and the limitations of the organization you are leading? Why are you not getting the results you expect? Has it become what you wanted it to be? The systemic diagnosis can be used by management to identify and analyse organizational issues.
